Hi there! I'm Raquel Noriko !

I'm a licensed hairstylist, creator, and salon owner born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. I have styled, and worked with countless hair and beauty engagements all over the world Including the Islands of Hawaii. I am a salon owner in Maui, Hawaii where I've been rooted the last 9 years and have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 16 years!

My passion is making others feel naturally beautiful and helping them embrace their natural texture no matter the hair type! I created Kāru simply so that others can look and feel their best.

My line is effortlessly unique because it caters to everyone with textured hair and all hair types. I wanted natural, healthy ingredients to promote strength, shine, and manageability for hair's optimal best! It's been such a fun chapter venturing into my hair care line and I'm excited to deliver this for you!
